It did in System 3--I assume it's still there.

For B&W printing, use the C. Itoh 8510 driver included with Windows
(Win95, anyway--not sure about 3.1).  If you need color printing,
you'll need the shareware IWII driver--I don't know where it is on the
net, but I can email it to you

Maybe it's just my copy, but the shareware driver swapped some printer
control codes so the wrong colors were usually printed--I made myself
a correct version (using Borland C++ 5, I altered 1 byte), and if
anybody else has the same problem, I'll email both copies.  Yes, I
guess fixing this driver DOES make me a mean and nasty
copyright-infringing hacker--you don't need to remind me.
