Almost. The 65C02 is not pin compatible with the 65C816. However,
WDC has a 14Mhz 65C02 now! That means you can drop in the
14Mhz 65C02 and boose the IIc+'s speed with a faster oscillator.
May need to change the cache chips too, depending on the speed
you want the IIc+ to run.
