My suggestion is to use a nifty piece of software called ADT, which is
available for both IBM and Macintosh computers.  This program will allow
you to transfer the disk images to your Apple II computer, then recreate
the original floppy in one step.  While I have not used this on a single
floppy system, I don't recall ADT accessing the program floppy while
creating the diskettes -- so it should work by flipping the disks.  (BTW,
you would get a volume not available message from ProDOS since it tends
to identify disks by their label rather than by the slot and drive number.
This may or may not be true for DOS 3.3 which, I believe, assigns volume
numbers.)

Just remember, follow the ADT documentation exactly as the install process
is convoluted.  This is because it is made for people who don't already
have communications software.
