(No promises here, I've never actually seen one,but...)

This sounds like a serial card. I think the Envoy was made by SMT, the same
company that sold the No Slot Clock. Two connectors is unusual, I would
guess they are for modem and printer connection. Sorry, I have no info on
the dip switch settings, but they will be for speed, line feed etc.
Hopefully someone out there has the manual.
