Assuming you mean an Apple 3.5 Drive, which is the standard drive
supplied by Apple if you bought a IIgs system, then the answer is no.

You _can_ use this drive on a IIc+, but the standard IIc can only use
the UniDisk 3.5 (and you might need a ROM upgrade for that).
