Help w/2e

Hey!

I'm just getting into the old Apple ][ thing and had a couple of questions.
I just bought a 2e 'enhanced'.  It has the 'Platinum' keyboard w/numeric
pad.  It also came with one 5" floppy...not the Disk ][ kind with the black
front but a beige one.

My deal is...I want a complete system, just as if it had been bought back in
the 80s.  I'm now looking for a color monitor and want to know the different
models of monitors.  For example, I don't want a early 80s monitor to go
with the late 80s 2e.....that is IF there were any changes in the monitors
through the years.  Can anybody help?!

I'm also wanting a pritner and I assume the Imagewriter II would be the from
the appropriate era?  Was the Apple 3.5" floppy drive out for the Apple 2e
or did that come with the 2gs?

Anybody have the games Lemonade and Millionware??
