ProDOS 16 and the Desktop were what people saw in 1986 and -7,
and they were basically a mess as introduced.  I think it
was Ken Kashmarek who burst out laughing when he saw
the Desktop for the first time.  It took a lot of work
before the IIgs caught up with the Mac.

AWGS and WPGS wouldn't come out for quite some time.
AWGS required GSOS.  WPGS ran under P16 as I recall,
but -- brrr!
