I have just uploaded AppleWin WS-NTSC-04 to my AppleWin page:

Anyone who has been using my modified AppleWin should get this release
as it has several improvements:
* Benchmark works
* Window-scaling (2x) replaces Fullscreen Mode
* Select monochrome or color (F9)
* Toggle scan line doubling (Ctrl-Shift-F9)
* Slight speed improvement
Future work on this code will occur in a branch of the main AppleWin
repository and therefore I have removed the source code from my
site. I expect to upload the source to Berlios by the beginning of
next week.
