Was the Ator LCD for the IIc ever released?

    I happened to come across something rather interesting
the other day. An old magazine advertisement for a third party 
LCD display for the Apple IIc. However, unlike the C-Vue and
Apple display, this one was had a full height 4:3 screen ratio.

    The product was called "The Display" by Ator. Here's a link

    I never heard of this company or the display before yesterday. 
I'm curious however, did this LCD display ever get released? 
The only reference I could find was a post from twenty years 
ago, claiming it had been delayed due to production issues,
but nothing further.
