If MiniPaint was released as freeware, it was almost certainly done AFTER it
appeared in Softdisk. The Softdisk publication was done years and years and
years ago. If it was released later as free, it was probably done by the
author.

By the way, has I.O.Silver been released? If not, I have the author's e-mail
address if someone would like to inquire.
