I've tried it with just a few.  The response is "invalid file name" or the file
won't load up after I've selected it.  Surprisingly, I haven't come across a
program that fails to LIST the file name in a directory even though the program
isn't Qfix updatable.  Even DeskTop 1.1 lists the file names under the icons. 
You just need to rename the file names back to standard ProDOS pathnames if you
need to use them in other programs or want to share files with others without
having them needing to do the same.
