     It seems the file is corrupted. 

I downloaded it by right-clicking on the link with a PC and IE4 (5?). It
arrived as a .bxy file. Then I sent it from my PC to my GS via e-mai. Then I
dl'd it on my IIGS and got a text file which unpacked normally. No trouble at
all.
