About three months ago, I ordered a RamFAST SCSI card from Sequential
systems. I ordered the 1MB version of the card, and was told that because
of RAM prices, the card would cost a few dollars more than what was quoted
on their web site. I OK'd the price difference, and waited for my card. It
arrived DOA, so I called Sequential, and asked for an RMA number. I
packaged up the RamFAST, put the RMA number on the box, and sent it out the
next day. I waited. After 3 weeks, I called, and was told that they'd get
right on it, and send out my card. Now a month and a half later I have
still not received my RamFAST. I have called numerous times asking for a
status report, or to just have my money refunded. I usually get around to
calling when they aren't in, so I leave a message. I just want to let
people know that if you need a SCSI card, or anything else that Sequential
sells, you're probably better off looking for it used in
comp.sys.apple2.marketplace than trying to get it from them!
