The PC Transporter does not have enough horsepower to run an emulator
(as if an emulator running on an emulator is not a crazy idea ;-)
It is only a Turbo XT. I've tried to run an old II+ emulator on it before and
you can literally sit around watching the graphics redraw.
Turbo XT mode on the PCT is much slower at decoding JPGs and
unZipping files than native IIGS mode (without acceleration), but it may be
somewhat faster than a real XT. (I can no longer use my PCT, but I do have
a real XT and the PCT's Turbo does speed things up somewhat).
ADT will not work either. You have to realize that the PCT is not
entirely a hardware emulator. All the I/O functions are handled by
the IIGS' CPU, so ADT won't have anything to talk to!
The real solution is to use the PCT's TRANSFER.EXE program to
transfer a 3.5" disk full of disk images from MS-DOS to ProDOS and
then in ProDOS, use the DSK2FILE program to convert the disk
images back to real disks.

This will also be a lot faster than ADT.
