thanks for the info ..i'll mess around with it and see what is what...i know
a guy at a local pawn shop
he fixes my car for just parts no labor and i fix the occasional pc he has
come in...so i get an occasional apple
that he just don't want..not much in gs front yet thou...i'll get a couple
// e power supplies and experiment.

or maybe just get a buggie power supply..if i remeber right buggie had an
interesting hack on putting a
// gs motherboard from standard gs into a // e case ...like the upgrade kit
from // e to // gs that apple used to sell another thing to ask him about.

the file://gs
stuff is just my software in  win 98 popping that in...me thinks it thinks
because of the // i'm putting in a www site or some such

only telnetable apple // 's on the net that you can get to that i know
of...check them out site is free.
