You can use the TRANSFER program on the PC Transporter to copy the disk
image file over to a hard drive on the Apple II side.

The question then is whether there is a program on the Apple II which
coverts the disk image into a usable disk.  I imagine there is, but I
haven't played around with emulator-related stuff so I don't know the
details.
