     Most likely, there is a pretty simple reason Dr. Tom "leaves off" information
about whether or not a game is copyrighted. Except for a very small number of
public domain games, virtually all games (freeware, shareware, and 'commercial')
are copyrighted.

     Regarding copyrighted material, do you seek to close all Apple II software
archive sites and software distributors which maintain/employ copyrighted software
without the express permission of the copyright holder, even when the
sites/distributors agree to remove any copyrighted item if requested by the
copyright holder?
