Vulcan head parking

Does anyone know for sure if the Vulcan HD does auto head parking?
I'm thinking it may on the basis of the manual not mentioning it
and a magazines review said it did. But manuals often omit important
details and sometimes magazines are so far off base that you wonder
if they ever actually saw the product.
On the other hand if it does auto head parking why would they put the
program PARK.HEADS on the utilities disk?
