Transferring old Pascal AppleII file to Apple DOS or ProDos

My dad has a file he needs to retrieve from a 5.25" Pascal-formatted
disk.  He is using an Apple II to view it.  Ideally, he'd like to be
able to transfer it to a different format so that AppleWorks can read
it (maybe convert from Pascal to ProDos or Apple DOS).  At a minimum,
he'd like to be able to print it (without having to do screen dumps).

Anyone know of any decent documentation for Pascal?  How about a means
of transferring a file to a different format?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
