Re: where can I get new floppy disks?
Radio Shack has them too. Funny you should mention Wal-Mart, I went to
my local (Oak Harbor, WA) Wal-Mart looking for 5.25" floppies and Mac
software. They tried to tell me Windows 95 software will run on the Mac
OS, and to sell me 3.5" disks instead of the 5.25" disks. The Windows
on Mac bit makes me wonder about how much their salespeople know about
computers. I had to explain that they would only work with a Win 95
emulator. I don't think the guy had ever seen a 5.25" disk. Sad. If
places would actually train their people to know what they sell, and
what it works with, maybe they would do better business. Never will buy
software at Wal-Mart again.
