Boot this disk image in AppleWin:
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/games/adventure/J20%20-%20Side%20A,%20Dirty%20Harry.dsk
On a real Apple II, the title screen loads with a brief sound, then
sits there in silence. Hitting a key gets you past the screen and
into the game selection menu.
In AppleWin, the sound becomes stuck in a loop and AppleWin.exe pegs
your CPU, though hitting a key will still get you past the screen.
What might cause this behavior?
(Note: I don't recommend actually playing the games on this disk -
they're quite repugnant.)
