That card would have 1 mb on it then. The maximum it can hold is
1.5 mb. If you don't have a hard drive it would probably be sufficient
for most stuff. However given that you could probably score some
used RAM from an old PC board to fill it up with for $1 or less, I'd
definitely recommend filling it. With that card full your IIgs will
have a total of 1.75 mb available. Just enough to do almost anything
on the IIgs.
That's assuming you have a ROM 1 IIgs. I've never seen or heard
of any that work on a ROM 3. So does anyone have such a beast?
