You can't do this.  You can, however, do the reverse.  A company
called ///SHH Systeme (do a web search to get to their web site)
makes a card called the BlueDisk.  With it in one of the Apple II
slots, you can connect any PC floppy drive to the Apple II.  This
includes 320k, 1.2MB, 720k, 1.44MB, and 2.88MB floppy drives.
