Double-hires is the only mode that the SS card can't do using the older
ROM revision. Jawaid Bayzar said that the newest ROMs CAN do
double-hires, but it seems Sequential does not have a good track record
of returning cards sent in for upgrade or repair. Thus, I've not risked
losing my card by sending it in.
I wish Sequential would just release the ROM code so that users could
re-program the EPROM themselves!
