It sure is. Start up the GS with no disks in the drive and wait for the
"Check Startup Device!" message with the apple that bounces back and
forth. While that message is played, press: Open Apple-Option-Control-N.
You will see a list of names of the computer's designers, and hear them
shout "Apple II".
The sound is not in a ROM 01 GS, but pressing Open Apple-Option-Control-N
still shows you the list of names.
