I just got into this "old computers" thing [I got an Apple IIGS in a
rummage sale for $10] and I gotta say, yep... these things are in my
mind collectable, and if they are not now then they will be soon
enough. I haven't yet ever bought anything from eBay, but around here
decent internal parts are not exactly kicking around, for cheap or
otherwise. I would call decent internal parts for Apple II's rare
indeed. But yeah, just any old basic-setup Apple II might not be rare
exactly yet...
