LOL! Apple refused to advertise the IIgs, never delivered a decent for-GS BASIC,
delayed release of critical documentation, and fumbled when it was time for
essential platform upgrades-- so, the IIgs market never really "took off" here,
either.

     For example:

     There are at least four sellers of IIgs 4MB or larger Memory Expansion
Cards: Alltech, B&R Computer Systems, MC Price Breakers, Sequential Systems.

     Compact IDE 'Hard drive on a card' drives and controllers are sold by
Alltech and SHH Systeme. 

     For those wishing to use a SCSI hard drive/CD-ROM/Zip Drive, the best Apple
II SCSI controller is sold by Sequential Systems.

     If you need a 5.25" or 3.5" drive, one good source is Steve Buggie.

     No one currently manufactures a IIgs accelerator; and, availability of
TransWarp and ZipGS boards is spotty. Good places to look for individual sellers
