Okay, as promised, I uploaded all five disks of contributed programs
to Asimov, under the name "AppleContributedProgramsVol1to5.zip."

They are all standard, DOS 3.3 *.dsk archives, which I converted
myself from the original DOS 3.1 disks. There is a Readme file in that
archive that explains how to use the programs.

As promised, here are the contents of the disks:

IF (and that's a *big* if) I have time this weekend I'll scan the two
manuals for this set, which contains all the instructions for using
the programs. Most of them are self-explanatory, though. But some,
like The Infinite Number of Monkeys, for instance, have extensive
documentation on how to use them (the aforementioned Infinite Number
of Monkeys contains several subroutines that people could use in their
own Integer BASIC programs and The Tog documented their use
extensively). If I don't have time this weekend, hopefully I'll be
able to get the manuals scanned by the end of the month.
