Yes.  Although the ones from Apple are now BinHexed DiskCopy
images, the IIGS can unpack these.  Use GSCII+ to decode BinHex
and Clone to turn the DiskCopy image back into a real disk.

GSCII+ and Clone are IIGS programs.
