     What you want is a couple diskettes with DOS 3.3 and ProDOS utilities.
Mainly, you need to get Copy II Plus-- some version in the range v7.x --- v8.x.
Copy II Plus will let you format 5.25" diskettes for DOS 3.3 or ProDOS as well
as copy disks, copy files, and lots more.

     A local Apple II group will have the above (or someone in the group will).
If no Apple II group or users are at hand, you can always email some regular
poster to this newsgroup and request a few utilities disks. (Expect to pay $3-$5
for materials and postage.)
