The AOL Apple II Forum tells you about null modem transfers.
Hit the keyword button (next to where you enter the URL) and
clip and paste the following keyword:

aol://4344:1264.a2main.10029531.514525857

into the keyword dialog box.

You'll then need a communications program such as ProTERM
from http://www.intrec.com/ Intrec.  Then with the Apple and
the PC connected via a null modem serial cable, ProTERM
and Hyperterminal lined using VT100, you'd zmodem your
disk image across.  Finally, use DSK2FILE on the IIe to change
the disk image back to a real disk.

DSK2FILE should be available from the library of the Apple II
Forum.
