This topic came up a few months ago also. Back when Apple made the
platinum color 'official', someone posted that Testor had the exact color
available in their collection of hobby/model paints. At the time the
part number was even posted. Unfortunately, I don't have this info any
more.

But, try Testor. They may still carry the right color.
