Can't do it.  You can't make a Disk II work on a PC parallel port.

Too bad your Apple II is not working.  There IS a place in
Germany called ///SHH Systeme that makes a controller card
that lets you run PC disk drives (360k, 1.2MB, 720k, 1.44MB,
and 2.88MB) on your Apple II.  It is called the BlueDisk card.

There is one way to read Apple II disks on your PC disk drive
and that's with a Trackstar card.  You have to find it used.  This
card also emulates an Apple IIe, so you won't need ApplePC
if you can find this card nor would you have to mess with disk
images.
