If I'm correct and this is an Apple //e 64K/80-column card and the
edge connector is slightly longer than a standard Apple II expansion
card.  I've seen a card like this once before.

Almost certainly a parallel board.

A 1MB memory expansion card, upgradable in 256KB increments.
