AKA Apple "Slinky" RAM card.

Supports 1 to 4 banks of 8x 256kbx1 DRAM chips (256..1024 KByte)

Yes. Boot DOS 3.3, then type IN#n where n is the slot number with the RAMcard
in it. You now have a 400KB DOS 3.3 RAMdisk.
