I'm not a specialist, but I guess the "41256" chips are 256Kbits*1,
therefore you would need 8 of them to get 256Kbytes, from which I
conclude that you currently have 512Kb (I imagine the "6256" are similar
chips, but I might be wrong). If there's space for another 16 chips,
then you might go up to a whooping 1Mb of RAM!
