I have most of this information at home in Jim Sather's Understanding the
Apple II. The A - D boards are (if I remember correctly) the RFI revisions
(ie the motherboard was modified to reduce the RF interference it put out).
All are effectively the same. Prior to the RFI boards there were about 8
versions. These do have some significant differences - Rev 0 has only 4
HIRES colors, Rev 7 can take a standard EPROM in its chargen socket, the
4K/16K select blocks were removed at some point, etc.
