Lost my 5.25 icon!

So where did it go? Not on the desktop!  I tried getting a good copy of
the 5.25 driver from a different machine, but that wan't it.

Would appreciate any clue on how to get it back -- student work starts on
5.25 floppies!

While I ask question I think I once knew the answer to here is another:

Howe do I getan app to open uo when I click on a document it has created?
GWIII doesn't seem to be doing that & my student editors are annoyed! :-)
