My thoughts exactly. It is also a good idea to do this because the
driver that the newer Mac formatters put on the drives is stuck
in a driver partition which the Mac formatters name a little differently
than what GS/OS expects. As a result, using the drive on the IIGS
would mean ejecting the driver partition each time or accidentally
initializing it, which would be a big problem next time one wants
to use the drive on a Mac. ADU names the driver partition the
way the GS/OS expects to see it, so the drive will function as
expected on both IIGS and Mac units.
