IIgs Newbie / Anfaenger Fragen

Hello, 
i've got a problem.
Recently, I bought a used ROM-3 IIgs with Prodos, 20 MB harddisk,
Colour Monitor, Apple 3,5" FDD,Grappler II card and Apple scsi card,
modem cable, Keyboard and mouse.
Unfortunately, there were no manuals, floppy disks or other
information.
The machine is working fine, but i only know about WinTel PCs.
Now i got the csa2 FAQs and found out this tiny thing must be a GREAT
machine!

Unfortunately there is only a bunch of Basic files  calling each
other, designed to run a restaurant.

I cant seem to find any GUI(System 6.0.1) on the hard disk.
Peeking through the csa2 APPLICATIONS File I found RUBYWAND describing
how to install the GUI(Answer 018).
But I don't have the Shrinkit program, the Binscii program or even a 
communications program!  

So my Questions are:
 - Is there a german IIgs Owner who is willing to mail me system disks
   containing
   a) System 6.0.1 (or maybe even better) 
   b) Shrinkit, binscii and a comms program?

 - are there downloadable or online-manuals of the machine, the
   command-line 
   interface, the basic language or the GUI?
 
 - are there other ways to establish a binary-capable communications
   link between 
   the IIgs and a PC? (I have't found anything in the FAQs)

Help on any of these topics would be deeply appreciated
