Yes, monitor connector port.  There are SOME Windows boxes that
come with motherboard S-video in/out ports for capture and TV
output too.  Specifically, the Cyrix MediaGX 133 motherboards come
to mind (Cyrix took out the capability when them moved on to 166,
200, and beyond).  Sort of like the Macs before, where you had to get
an AV Mac for the capability.
