ANN: New A2 Forum on Delphi

A new Apple II forum named 'II Computing' has been created on Delphi. This
place can serve for online "chat" meetings of CSA2 participants and ALL other
II users. 

There is also a message base where users can post comments, ideas, etc.
relating to II computing issues.
