I'd say that the problem is that the 4 MB partition is the first one
which is the boot partition.  If the 4 MB partition were the last
partition, I'd leave things alone but because it isn't, I'd definitely
repartition the drive.

One of the reasons I say this is that I have 10 partitions on my hard
drive and my first partition has been dedicated almost exclusively to
the system software and my System folder alone is 12 MB.  :-)
