LW NTR Prints Dirty

PLW NTR, in use without problem for 9 years-9009 pages, now prints a dirty
gray belt (like fine gray dust) across half the page top to bottom. Have
shaken toner cartridges,changed toner cartridges twice, printed cleaning
pages, cleaned drum, even replaced fuser element, but no difference. Any idea
what causes this streaking and how to fix it? Thanks.
