Several actually.  The easiest way is to contact the German company
///SHH Systeme, which has a web site you can find via search engines.
Order a BlueDisk controller card from them.  This is a standard
PC floppy drive controller, except that it is for Apple Bus, so it works
on the IIGS.  You can use 720k DS/DD, 1.44MB DS/HD, or
2.88MB DS/EHD floppy drives made of Win/DOS PC units.

A second option is to find a used SuperDrive controller and an
Apple or AE SuperDrive external unit.  That will get you 1.44MB
and also regular 800k and even 720k DOS format.

The AE SuperDrive could also be used as a 1.6MB floppy drive
via the IIGS SmartPort (without additional card) but it requires
a special driver to do this.

///SHH Systeme's MicroDrive TurboIDE card can also support
the IDE version of the SuperDisk 120MB superfloppy drive.
This drive can also support regular 1.44MB floppy disks.

Finally, if you have an SCSI card on the IIGS, you can use the
old Floptical drives, which supported both 21MB floptical disks
and 720k and 1.44MB floppy disks too.
