Plonk 'em if they can't take a periodic on-topic advertisement, I say.  With
the II not in manufacture since 1992 they should've been thrilled to death
that anyone was still in the business.

(And of course csa2m is precisely for such things, so they'd have no legs,
or maybe even minus-one leg, to stand on if they complained.)
