Carte Chat Mauve

Hello folks !

I just got back an Apple II/e such as the one I began computing 15 years ago.

But I am in trouble : I simply have a "carte chat mauve, eve" graphical card
(sold only in France I believe but not sure), so I desperately need its
documentation.
By the way, the Apple II/e has a standard monochrome video output RCA
connector, but shouldn't it have too in standard a PAL video output connector
?
