advice on fixing needed

Hello,

I have a "brand new" apple II c. It is in its orgiginal box and original
state, because it hasn't been used for ten years. 

It works totally fine, exept for the keyboard control. It keeps
receiving a keypress from the "9" key, and refuses to monitor all other
keys except the apple-control-reset combination (and 80/ 40 screen).
This is *not* because the keyboard itself is shortcutting a key, because
the "9" key keeps repeating even when the keyboard is taken off.

Anybody who could give me a clue of wat could be broken and in what old
compu's I can find replacement parts is welcome to mail me at
