Don't know. The only other card I can think of off hand with 2 - 20 pin
connectors is a printer buffer card.

That's definitely an 80 column card, generally only used in a II or II+

There's quite a few varieties of Z80 card kicking around. I'm not
sure how many varieties I have kicking around.

Sound like a clone. Some were better designs than Apples, some weren't.
It'd be interesting to know how many models of clones were made. Hundreds?
