Question regarding Apple LaserWriter NT

If this is not the appropriate group to post this message, please let me
know and I'll change my ways. I'm looking for some opinions regarding
the Apple LaserWriter NT printer. We have one that is giving us a lot of
trouble, (ie disappearing from the chooser, refusing to print, etc.) Is
anybody else have trouble like this with this particular type of
printer, or is there a patch or driver I should be looking for to
correct this problem? TIA
